I got the sound working, on windows 10, type capture dongle. Initially worked and editing was good. I downloaded the software through your site.

Tested with ulead recording software and VLC, with numerous VHS tapes and numerous vhs decks all with the same result. I think i have the same issue. Captute Do you know how can I fix it?
